McAfee anti virus disabled?
For the past week or so my anti virus has been constantly disabling all auto scans and protections along with Windows protection. I have the latest updates for both. When my anti virus says it blocked a virus but did not disinfect,delete, or quarentine it, what's that mean?
I use Shield Deluxe. It did " not" catch Exploit.PDF JS.Gen when I ran a deep scan, but since I still had slowness I ran MalwareBytes, which also did not detect it. Rather, while Malware was running, that is when Shield Deluxe " blocked" it. Deluxe Shield then informed me that it was not deleted or quarantined or disinfected. What does all this mean. My processor light randomly just stays green as if it is doing something, and while this is occuring, the computer does not work. This happens often throughout the day. Any advice?

Just installed it on my desktop. It says that my computer security is at a risk because databases are obsolete.It gives me the option of fixing it now. However, when I click on it after 30 seconds its says that it couldn't connect to the proxy server.Is my computer being protected?
