You should run the anti virus, then it will allow you to delete the viruses that it finds. You say you have something that is a low threat, and you may have noticed that it was quarantine not deleted which means that the anti virus wasn't sure whether it was an actual virus or just another legit program on your PC that may have been similar to a virus. These are called false positives and are normal, and so as to not delete harmless files from your PC the AV will just quarantine it.

You do not need kaspersky. anti-virus 2010 is a rogue program show you fake virus report, You do not have virus in fact. You can ged rid of this by running a registry cleaner. keep-pc-clean.com/ how-to-remove-internet-security-2010-antivirus-2010.html

Hi, As long as the top of the Kaspersky window is green and says your computer is protected then any threat that Kaspersky detects it will take care of on its own. For example on my computer it says that it has detected four virus' and two trojans, but since it is green this means Kaspersky dealt with these threats and there is nothing I need to do. The only time you ever need to actually do anything is if where it is green turns red and says your computer security is at risk. You are safe.
