Best private art colleges for studying Photography?
I'm a senior in highschool and have been doing photography for many years now and am going on to pursue a career in it.. but first i need a degree. I'm mainly considering New York City and England, and it would take me a lot to decide to go somewhere else but I would love to know the names of some schools that have great photography programs. Preferably only in NYC and England. I was considering Parsons but i recently heard that its a very small department and horrible facilities.thanks sooo much

On a scene people are wearing black tight suit almost invisible and moving objects on the scene to interact with actors. So as an example, a guy dressed as Neo would dodge bullet on the scene while a black dressed guy would support him during the bullet time effect and another one would slowly bring the bullets to him To recreate the bullet time slow motion effect

What could I take photographs of for art?
I'm studying Art as one of my GCSEs, the topic I have been given is 'Unusual Viewpoints'. Bearing in mind that it has to be relatively easy to photograph. I thought of doing Stereotypes or something similar but then didn't know what to take pictures of. If anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated, Thanks.

Help, something squishy for art project?
Here's my task.Fill a jam jar with water until half full.Add a few drops of food colouring. Squish the object into the jam jar until it is distorted beyond recognition. This should now fill the jam jar with water. Sine a light through the jam jar if you can it will make the shadows they cast more dramatic Draw or paint the jam jar.My only problem is thinking of something 'squishy' to use that will be able to be distorted in the jar.
Does it sound like my art teacher had something against me?
I remember having this art teacher from China and from around the beginning of when our class started, she seemed to try and make me be like another art student, this older lady who was like a tattoo artist. She would tell me stuff like, " you should try doing it like name , take name's example, and so on." I initially didn't have much against this person but this was not a person I personally got along with so of course, I'm somewhat offended because I definitely do not want to be like her.So all the while, I'm trying my best to put up with the teacher because she just really irritated me for some reason, always comparing people's artwork to each other when we learned that we should try not to compare artwork between each other because everyone is different and we can't all think the same way.At the end of the semester, she's pulling everyone out of class to talk to them in her office about their progress. I go when she calls me and I have to lay most of my artwork out for her to look over. Then she's talking, talking, and suddenly, out of the blue, she tells me that all my work is " NO GOOD." I guess I could understand on certain pieces like some of the oil pastel ones I'm really bad with them and a few charcoal ones but there were also a few colored pencil works in there and I worked really hard on those because I do fairly well with colored pencils.To but it honestly, I was pretty hurt.So, from these experiences, does it sound like she had something against me from the start? I'm not sure whether I should like or hate this teacher. I like her in the sense that she pushed me to do better with my colored pencil art but I hate her for insulting everything I worked on the entire semester all the same.

Art club... snack committee?
ok... as you know schools back... and im in art club, i love making food and my art teacher suggested i be in charge of the snack committee. that means i am in charge of bake sales, and bringing snacks to the meetings. do you guys have any ideas tips for me i know it sounds really dumb but it is fun i was thinking just like a cupcake thing first... and to have a bowl full of sweets. but i need healthier, better ideas.. thx
