My image on deviant art has a black background?
I added a sig that has some transparent background and on deviant art it made the background black unless you click the image and enlarge it. How do I make it so you can see the picture like it should be? I have it in png format.

Im an artist and Im a printmaker. Im involved in a portfolio exchange and the requirements are ... 11x15 i believe somewhere around that and an edition of ... 13? somewhere around that too, i should really double check these things O anyways.... the theme is " something i think is bad" . i was planning on just doing a 10x13.5 mezzotinted tryptic of... idk, something i think is bad i guess. My question is, what would u have? what do u think is bad. Im pretty interested in culture and religion and detailed work. So dont hold back.

I think it is interesting as there are so many things to see, and the audience can try to spot stuffs.I know the design is not very clear and well done, but im interested in seeing more images liket that, and i need to know the term if there is one. My classmates and I are doing a art project out of construction paper and we will be displaying it on the windows.Are there any products that we can purchase that will protect our project from fading due to weather damage?Kind of like how a clear coat for cars protect the paint.

Opinions on the Art Institute?
I heard from some people that they are like the expensive " in out, don't care how you do" school, while others I hear from say they're great I'm debating going to AI but before I drop the money, is it worth it, or should I save for SCAD?I'm not a brilliant artist, I get by, my end goal is to either work with Disney or be a costume and prop designer for movies. Will Art Institutes help me achieve this or should I wait?
Artwork for a Media Arts Show?
Okay, here's my issue. I've been entered in a media arts show for high school students. My artwork will be critiqued by professionals and they'll give me ideas as to what kind of things I should test out in my artwork, give me ideas for college, and if I'm really lucky, I'll possibly get a small job. I wanted to really impress them with something extra, but I have absolutely no idea what to do. I'm going to the media arts show for computer graphics. So I was wondering if anyone has ever been to a media arts show? What do they like to see? Can I possibly get some ideas as to what I should do? Thanks
Art inspired by pink floyds "money"?
I go to a High School that is an arts high school. I am a dancer and we have a rep. show in the spring. Were supposed to be inspired by an art peice and song. I have my song, Pink floyd's " Money" .But no art peice It kind of has a dessperate theme. Any suggestions?
