Question: I need help on an art project?

I am in an art class as an elective in my middle school, and we are supposed to trace our arms on a large white piece of paper. Then we fill in our arms with cool designs in black and white, I did that. Now we have to come up with a colored background, but get this, that has symmetrical balance. If you guys could, send me some pictures of cool symmetrical balance photos or a cool design that would be easy to copy on both sides, thank you! :)
