Art Block: Help. What should I do?
It's been almost a year now and I haven't drawn anything. I have no idea what to do draw, and whenever I do try to draw something it never comes out the way I want it. It's like I can't draw anymore...So, tell me how do you deal with artist's block?

Well I don't know if you have to pay to open a donation pool I couldn't since I don't have paypal , if someone has to give you points, or how to find it on deviant art. Any help would be appreciated I tried going onto the points page and couldn't find anything about starting a donation pool.
Best private art colleges for studying Photography?
I'm a senior in highschool and have been doing photography for many years now and am going on to pursue a career in it.. but first i need a degree. I'm mainly considering New York City and England, and it would take me a lot to decide to go somewhere else but I would love to know the names of some schools that have great photography programs. Preferably only in NYC and England. I was considering Parsons but i recently heard that its a very small department and horrible facilities.thanks sooo much

Sure fire ways to tell the difference between time periods in art?
I have a quiz coming up and the teacher will show 23 slides of paintings, pottery, architecture, etc. I have to write down what period each work of art is from. I did horrible on the pretest, and I have to make a good grade on this quiz. Can anyone help me by giving me some defining characteristics of the art periods? Like I know that prehistoric has like wall paintings with hunted animals and things, ancient Egyptian has pyramids and hieroglyphs, Greek has people in god like perfect form, Roman has columns and people are more realistic, Renaissance has Biblical scenes, right? Byzantine has stained glass, halos, and the babies' faces look like adults', generally. Baroque has a darker picture with a light source representing activity from a singular point, usually on the side. Impressionism has landscape type things and I think they are more blotchy, and Surrealism has some real things in crazy aspects. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I did that from memory. But is there anything else that anyone can add to that, that I can use as a good way to distinguish each one? I wanted you to know i didn't want you to do my homework for me. Like one I got wrong was a piece of pottery with people on the side and I thought it would be Egyptian or Prehistoric, but I think it ended up being Greek. Please please please help me I'm so worried my GPA will fall because of my stupidity in art. I don't usually pick best answer, but if you give me a great answer and it's the best, I'll make sure you get your 10 or is it 5 points? because I know this is a long read and a lot to ask.
