What's a good way to learn about hair and beauty products?
I just got a new job in a beauty supply store and I know some things about beauty and hair products but not enough. Is there a book or something that I could read up on this stuff? Not specific products but just general things like what it means when a hair color is " ammonia free" , so that i could use that knowledge to understand different products in the store. Is there a cosmetology hand book or text book I could rent or purchase?Thank you.I know I can always ask my coworkers but I'm the kind of person that likes to read up on things and learn things on my own though I do ask them and everyone else, I just like researching in general.

My favourite products are lancome hydra intense, its a really nice cooling gel face mask that works great when your tired, or skin feels dry or dehydrated, i also like Benefit lemon aid, lancome hypnose mascara, other than that i just chop and change all my other beauty products,

Lets just say I looked sooo bad before using proactive, it gave me the biggest boost of confidence. I love it Its my life saver Talika eyebrow growth is good. The eyelash growth is good whilst you use it. I used it for 3 months and my eyelashes got SO thick I didn't have to wear mascara and everyone kept saying I had amazingly long eyelashes but sadly once I stopped using it they fell out, weird.and last but not least Bio Oil, woww amazing I noticed results in 2 days of using it, for someone who has lost 30 something pounds I was left with stretch marks but I didn't think that they would go but using bio oil completely faded them I can't even see them and I can wear a bikini now

I am thinking of starting a company which will be selling perfumes, fragrances, bath salts and may be some other beauty products. I really like two names both has meaning to me however I am not sure which one to chose from the below.1. LAILA UMMA2.
