Question: How long does it take for a bonsai toree to sprout?!?!?!?

Depends on the variety..If you have planned your selection carefully and have the correct climate zone for what you have planted it will just follow the normal seasonal cycle of the trees outside your home.. You can induce flushing by having a controlled temperature and humidity environment.. A Bonsai is a plant of patience. You just might need to wait for spring..

Guessing you bought one of those rip-off "bonsai tree kits ". You won't get a perfectly formed bonsai from seed - takes years and years to grow from seed.
