Question: Bonzai tree healthy or not???

My bonzai has a nice layer of moss over the soil but now that moss has a white covering, a bit "codweb " like. is this good or bad?

Probably not, clean it off if you can. Most people don't realise that bonzai trees should really be kept outside if they are to be sucessful.
