Once you've made an egg mix, can you save it?
I plan to cook fried rice for dinner in a few days and it says to, you know, make the egg mix by beating the eggs and such. It only says to cook half of the mix. I also wanted to make an omlette for breakfast a few days after the fried rice. Could I save the mix in my fridge? Would it stay ok? It would just be the beat eggs with a dash of salt in them. Say, I make the fried rice for dinner on friday. I save the egg mix until tuesday morning. Would it be ok? Please answer ASAP. Thank you.
