In Pennsylvania are you required to have full tort insurance when buying a new car?
My car was stolen and now I'm being investigated for insurance fraud. I'm only 18, help!!?
My car was stolen on Saturday. I was driving in the car with someone I thought I could trust and when I went inside a subway terminal to meet another friend I left the keys in the car and the person who was in the car with me took off with the car, my phone, my purse, and about $1500 worth of shopping bags and boxed furniture that I had just bought from Ikea.I called the police and they aren't doing much help. I've had to " investigate" a lot of this myself. The person who took my car doesn't have permanent housing so its been hard to track him down. I found out from the cops he has 4 other warrants out for his arrest for crimes relating to cars. Obviously, I didn't know that when I left him alone with mine.After my dad filed a claim to our insurance company, they said they were going to begin an investigation and sent us a letter saying it was " within their rights" not to give us any money for the car. They think me and the person who stole the car are working together to get money off of them.Their going to interview me and I'm really scared. The last time I broke the law was when I was five and tried to steal a barbie from Walgreens. I'm only 18 now and I don't even know how insurance or fraud work, never mind insurance fraud. They're going to accuse me. They only thing I'm really guilty of is being stupid naive gullible. I trusted a person who I should not have trusted.My questions are 1 How can I track down this person? I sent a messege on Facebook to all of our mutual friends telling them to keep an eye out.2 How can I move the investigation from the police who are on my side along, when they aren't really doing anything?3 What am I supposed to tell the insurance guy? What should I say?I just want my car back. I feel so helpless, please help.

hey, im 17 years old and live in Ontario, i recently got my G2 but cannot find a way to get car insurance cheap enough to actually warrant getting a car. I was wondering if anyone has any ballpark answer as to how much motorcycle insurance is at my age? every google search i do says " you should ask your insurance broker" , well i will, but i just want to see if its even worth looking at or if its going to be like $300 a month like car insurance.the bike would probably just be like a cheap used early 1990's bike, nothing special.thanks
How much would car insurance be on a 69 f 100?

Would a 2005 pontiac grand prix gt have higher insurance rates than a 2004 cadillac cts?
im turning 17 in about 2 weeks and im planning on getting a new car with the money ill receive. i haven't had any accidents, i only use this car to go to school or up to the local mall or something routine like that. my uncle has both of these cars and is ready to sell me one at a kind price but im wondering how insurance will fly for them. the pontiac is at 43,557 miles and the cadillac is at 49,372 miles. any clues where u think it might be, please share. and feel free to ask any questions that would help yourself.

Problem with my insurance......will it be invalid?
Ive had my provisional for 2 years, at that time I had a policy as 1st driver to my car. So 2 years of no claims.........when I passed my test I did not renew my policy die to financial matters.Now Ive had my full UK for 1 year and want to get insurance......however I have built up 2 years NO CLAIMS previously.......and on the application they ask for 'How many years have you held a driving licence?'.....so I put 1, then it asks 'Number of years No Claim Discount earned'...I put 2.........will this no invalidate my insurance? what am I supposed to do?

I have a 2003 Grand Am. I've had it for a year. Until recently I had it in my mothers insurance policy. But hers has expired now and I would like to have it put under my own policy. I've had my license since I was 19. I've never had any violations, not even a speeding ticket. What are some cheap car insurance for my situation. I live in Kentucky.

I was at work at the time and didn't hear my alarm go off when my car was hit, and I'm not sure if there were any witnesses. Do Insurance companies have a minimum they pay to replace your vehicle?
My car was a 1989 Honda Accord that I bought new and have been driving the wheels off of and just yesterday someone rear ended me and I know it is totaled. There is no way I can replace the car with what little it is worth, since I think the blue book is something like $800. So what am I supposed to do now without a car and the accident wasnt my fault?
