Why do you think 50 percent of marriages end in divorce?
i have many theories of why because there can be so many reason.im sixteen years old and its bothering me because i dont want to be one of those people. you grow up thinking that everyone who's married is truly in love and that it will last for ever.but once your get older you find out that its hard to find true love and that people get alot of divorcesi think people just get married just because the thought of being married seems good to themor maybe its because of these teenagers rushing stuff and getting married right after high schoolor it could be because of these pregnant people being forced to marry the person that got them pregnant when they know they're not right for each other. or being blinded by high school puppy love..i dont know any couples that have stayed together or are truly in love. do you guys no anyone who's truly in love? does anyone ever even see the two old 60 0r 70 year old people who are walking down the street holding hands looking happy and in love? i dont.i guess im asking because i want to know that its possible that two people can truly be in love with each other for the rest of their livesyes lack of this, lack of that, but why? why does it always have to be about sex.why do people have to get married and then cheat? cant people just commit to someone anymore?
I'm a bit curious about marriage?
i'm young and don't know much about marriage but i was wondering how many people are happily married and in love? and how many are the opposite? as far as i can see most marriages aren't exactly very happy and i was just curious to what other peoples inputs are.
Do you think marriage is a good or bad idea?
" 50 % percent of first marriages, 67 % of second and 74 % of third marriages end in divorce" More marriages end in divorce than not. I've know plenty of married people who were unhappy but stay in it anyway, whether its for kids or just because they don't want drama. Why do we act like marriage is such a wonderful thing?
