Question regarding parenting law?
I recently found out that I am terminally ill. I have 3 children ages 11, 11, and 7. My ex husband has had many run ins with the law a drug and alcohol problem, and no stable home. Is it possible to leave my children with my uncle whom my children adore? He has a very nice home and the means to maintain their lifestyles. By that i mean they are cheerleaders, and have special tutors.that cost alot. and one suffers from a heart condition, that requires special care. I have spoken with the children and it is their want to live with my uncle, their father on the other hand is putting up a fight. He is currently living with a woman who had her children taken away by child protective services, for abuse and neglect. This sickness me to think my children could have the same fate..... can i get around his parental rights?
