How to write a resume with no work experience?
I'm applying to work as a Retail salespersons at Victoria's Secret and Campus Crew, I'm 15 and I have no previous job or volunteer experience. Not even baby sitting or lawn mowing. So what do I put on my resume because right now I'm coming up blank. This is the job description I have Retail salespersons are responsible for describing the details of merchandise to customers in order to persuade them into making a purchase. They quickly and politely determine the needs and desires of a customer, and then use their knowledge of the product to explain how the product may meet these needs and desires. They may write sales checks, take cash and credit card payments, give change and receipts, take care of returns and exchanges, and keep work areas neat and clean. They operate computer terminals that register sales, adjust inventory figures, and do simple calculations. These computers save time and allow them to focus more on the needs of the customer. They may also help with simpler tasks, such as ordering merchandise, stocking shelves or racks, marking prices, taking inventory, or preparing displays.Job SkillsRetail salespersons need to have good computer skills and, often, the ability to bend, lift, and stretch in order to arrange, store, or display products. They must have stamina, strength, and flexibility. Salespersons may often have to put up with impatient and rude customers, and those salespersons who travel must often be willing to deal with inclement weather. In order to close a sale or handle a complaint, they need to have extremely high levels of tact and patience.I speak 2 languages fluently and I am a beginner in French. I have patience and know how to handle people, I'm good with a computer and can bend lift and I'm flexible. P That's about as much as I have, please help I really need this job.I'm also considering applying to work for a local movie theater.

Do employers consider hobbies on a resume?
Like many people now, I'm hunting for a job. All the sites I go to have a section titled " Interests & Hobbies" on the so called resume page.I'm wondering if employers or the automated resume scanners care about items listed in said section if those items directly relate to the job they are looking to fill.The example here is that I'm looking for a technical job in the field of electronic component microprocessor design I've never worked in the field though and the hobbies I list are directly related to that field.

I am applying for my first job at a local Pizza Place. I am 14 . I was wondering if I should under past employers that I currently work at my dance studio as an assistant for the younger students? Because I am not technically paid, but I do get 5$ off my dance bill for every class I assist... so would that count as a past employment? Thank you in advance
Objective Section of my Resume?
volunteered for a fashion event but in order to volunteer you had to submit a resume. I did do that and I did get accepted and we have to submit final copies of our resume for future references. For my objective, I originally wrote " volunteer at the Career Fair to expand my knowledge of the different possible career choices in my field of study and obtain information on how to improve my qualification for these careers. Also, to meet and potentially get advice from current employees and learn about different employers and companies." She responded to the email wanting it to be revised with this advice " Revise your Objective statement to be directed to the companies exhibiting at the Fashion Career Fair. While we appreciate you specifying that your objective is to volunteer at the event, I want to remind you to take this off when I ask for your final version." I really don't know what to put there now Help, please?
