Ok so i intend on looking for a new job so i started to go over my resume and reference list..... i kept in contact with my old manager and shes agreed to become my reference. the problem is, she no longer works for the shop that i used to work in... what do i put as the company address and phone number? thanks in advance for any answers!

Why not try the following format: Name – Title (former Manager, Company Name) – Email – Phone It is not necessary to include addresses (especially home addresses) for your references. Phone and email will suffice (and will maintain some of your references privacy). Good luck with your job search.

The same address, just cause she dont work there dont mean they changed their address

You don't You just list her as her name, and her cell phone/ home address (if requested) Your address for the previous employment should always go with the company name/ and dates you worked there..
