please tell me if there is a website where they send u free ringtones and when u get them on ur phone they just download without useing internet cause i got internet blocked on my phone.i need free ringtones

i download an app that told me how to make a ringtone w itunes on my computer. i got that far but it said to drap that ringtone to the " ringtones" section in itunes, problem there is no ringtone section in my itunes??
Pantech impact ringtones?
this may sound a bit confussing but ill try and explain my question as much as possable. i just got the pantech impact. i went into my address book to set certian ringtones for certian people and so far it only lets me make a specific ring tone for one contact. i have several ringtones i made and i know they are small enough to be a ringtone on my phone, i tested them after i made them on my phone . is there a trick or something to be able to do this to some of my other contacts?ringtones arnt an issue

How can I transfer ringtones to my Verizon LG Cosmos VN250?
I don't have a microSD card, so I'm simply trying to upload music files to my cell phone through bluetooth. I'm using Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard , and I can successfully pair my phone with my MacBook, but when I go to the bluetooth menu on my mac and hit send file, I can select the file to send, select my Cosmos, and hit send, but maybe a second or two into the sending my phone beeps at me and flashes me a message saying, " UNSUPPORTED FILE FORMAT." I've tried to send MP3 and WAV music files. Also, when I hit " Browse Device..." on my Mac, I select the LG, but it just says " This device does not have the necessary servies." I know that's because the LG likely just doesn't support file browsing. What am I doing wrong with the file sending, and how do i fix it?
